"Very nice, clean, comfortable property. We were there mid-August so the only drawback was no air conditioning. The fans offered relief, but it was a bit warm. Kitchen is roomy and well furnished (plates, cups, glasses, utensils, etc.). Living room is roomy and comfortable, fire place would be really nice in the winter. Comfortable beds and pillows. Close to town, but in a more private, quiet area. Overall very nice and was great for our family of four. "

"We loved this getaway. The home is immaculate and met all of our nerds..the beds are so comfy, the kitchen had all the necessities including huckleberry ice cream in the freezer. We enjoyed the neighborhood close to the airport. We enjoyed having coffee in the backyard with a view of Bridger mountains. We even walked to a fun coffee shop down the road. We were very comfortable there and I highly recommend this VRBO."

"When we pulled up to Shady Rest we thought, "okay.." But when we got inside, we were blown away, because for the price of a hotel room we had an entire house! John, the owner, greeted us and we got to know each other a little bit He was friendly and made sure we lacked nothing. John even offered us plums and/or apples from his fruit trees. "Great 1bd/1bth property. It was clean and had all amenities listed. Great location for drive into Yellowstone Park. The town is very unassuming a lot of small businesses, not many chain stores or restaurants. We came at the end of season mid October so some places were closed or it was their last day before closing for winter. I will definitely recommend this place for friends who want to visit the area. "
