"5 stars is not enough for our experience at Cartier Mansion! The keyless entry to both the building and our room made check-in seamless. The room was so beautifully designed and had everything we could need, including a large glass bottle of water and two delicious chocolates. There were robes and mugs that we could take without having to go buy from the gift shop, it would simply be added to our bill. We were so lucky that both mornings of our stay we had the pleasure of being the only guests...

Our room wasn't ready yet because we arrived early and we still were able to get our key in our parking pass so that when we returned, we could take care of all of that right away. The bed was comfortable water pressure was fantastic in the shower. They do have breakfast, which was good. Thank you for a great night's day. Love the Saugatuck area. Can't go wrong."
