"This cabin is a great property. We stayed while driving cross country and it was just a short distance from 70 but seemed like a world away. Extremely clean and well stocked, we grilled and fixed a nice dinner with groceries we brought and needed nothing. The dog yard is super and a nice size. And the area is so quiet! We’ll definitely here again if in the area."

"Came to Great Bend for Chemo treatments for my Mother, this place is located in a quiet, safe neighborhood. We loved just relaxing! The coffee little bar was a great add on for us since we had to get up early and head out "

"We have stayed at Julie and Jeff's place multiple times. The house is always exceptionally clean and includes everything you could need for an overnight trip or extended stay. House is very comfortable and in a quiet area. Strongly recommend. "

"Property was exactly as described. Very clean. Not over decorated - simple (which we liked). Quick response from host - very friendly. Only recommendation would be to have enough towels/washcloths for the number of guests staying (and I didn't ask for more, we made due). Not a complaint, just a recommendation. Very pleased, would stay again."

"Perfect place for an escape from the business of daily life!!! Also perfect place to get snowed in and owners were quick in responding and communicating with us!"

"This was a great house to stay in for graduation. We had adults from age 79 to an 8 year old child and everyone had plenty of room to spread out. The host had games to play, which was so nice in the evening. The host was very communicative and we would 100% stay there again. Thank you for making an important weekend also an enjoyable weekend!"

"very easy access. easy check-in process. beautiful decor. multiple seating areas for small group conversations. The kitchen was VERY well appointed with spices and cookware. Gorgeous outdoor area with multiple seating areas. Lots of games and activities in the house. "

"We enjoyed our stay with all the little extras- snacks and drinks. The kitchen was well furnished and there were plenty of towels, and bedding. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were nicely decorated. The yard provided room for the children to play and parking was convenient too. Doug was quick to respond to all questions when he was contacted. We would invite others to stay at this house but I would encourage a complete dusting of baseboards, windows, pictures and the floor...

"Having rehabbed multiple old homes myself, I can say the owners did a great job here of bringing "This Old House" back to life. "Before" photos that are onsite show just how run down this home was, how far it has come, and the level of dedication by the property owner(s) in this restoration. The photos are accurate, everything is new and very nicely done. Great location in a very nice, rural NW Kansas town.I look forward to my next visit.TY Samantha!- Chris"
