"The room was big and very comfortable, the bathroom with good space and the breakfast was included and it was good :D"

"This was one of the worst hotel experiences ever. We booked the biggest most expensive room for 2 people, private bath, ocean view, big space. We had messages from hotel saying nothing much except check-in arrangements. When we arrived we discovered that the hotel had rented the room we booked and fully paid-for, to someone else. They said all they had with a bathroom was a very small room, and that was true. The hotel was not willing to give us any refund or reduction in price, despite the...

"Relatively new hotel. Rooms has very strange floor plan. microscobic bathroom. That is VERY unusual for a 4 star hotel. Also very unusual for Iceland. Restaurant has good atmosphere and have potential, but food lack seasoning like simple salt and pepper. We had ribey steaks. Not salted at all. That's one example in many. It's like a lot of the small details is missing. They want to be a modern hotel, but they are not 100% there yet. Staff friendly and seems they want to do things correct....

"God placering for ture rundt på Snæfellnes. Indkøbsmuligheder i nærheden."

"Nice place and good staff"

"Two amazing young people ( Maya and Casban ) manage this property so well and we are very impressed knowing them. Property is in a clean residential neighborhood with plenty of parking in the front. Clean rooms. Laundry available for a fee. Free coffee all the time. Simple but nice breakfast. Sweet little town to walk about. High recommend this place."

"Super venlig, god morgenmad, men slidt hotel"
