In that, we scored with Penny's home in Quincy. Her home is truly beautiful and was designed for entertaining. The entire property can be seen from two sitting areas plus an screen room facing the woods and Quincy Bay. The kitchen was massive and had everything we needed. "Værelset var fint stort, men lugtede og det samme gjorde sengetøjet. Da vi havde betalt og ikke orkede at klage, så valgte vi at sprøjte med lavendel olie for at kunne holde ud at sove der. Det blev kun til en overnatning pga. lugten. "

"Hotel has a beautiful carved maple lobby, beautiful view of the illinois river & friendlt and accomodating staff. Rooms are nice. Some of the hallways etc could use some updating. Nice and quiet with excellent complimentary coffee in the mornings. Irish pub within walking distance as well as excellent pizza at Hoops Pizza and beer. Also located next to I 74 with wasy access"
