"Thankfully, we only stayed one night prior to a cruise. The hotel offered NO washcloths for bathing. In addition, they had very few employees (1-2) that were able to understand or speak English. I do understand it is a Spanish speaking country. However, for tourists it would be helpful to be able to communicate. The one bright spot was Sara, she was the hotel’s transportation person. She was very pleasant and helpful."
