Family home with a swimming pool near Nantes

Just 20 minutes from Nantes, surrounded by a large garden, our bright, Louisiana-style home is a pleasure to live in year-round. <br>Vertou offers the best of both worlds: the countryside and the city.<br>We live in the “Chêne” neighborhood, known for its large park, the Chaussée des Moines, and its lock on the banks of the Sèvre Nantaise.<br><br>The accommodation<br>The Chêne neighborhood is quiet and pleasant. Just a short walk from our home, you can enjoy walks along the Sèvre Nantaise, canoeing, and visits to the Nantes vineyards.<br>There are also excellent restaurants very close to the house, on the Chaussée des Moines, just a 5-minute walk away.<br><br>We’d be happy to recommend activities and places to explore in the region: the Machines de l’Île in Nantes, museums, the castle…<br>You’ll have Wi-Fi access.<br>Guest access:<br> – private parking available in front of the house<br>There’s a pool, and we only accept guests who know how to swim.<br>We’re always happy to chat with our guests to ensure they have the best possible stay.<br><br>The neighborhood<br><br>Transportation<br>Nantes is a 20-minute drive away.<br>Allow 40 minutes by bus (bus stop 2 minutes from the house)<br>The house is 50 minutes from the coast (Pornic or Saint-Brévin) and one hour from La Baule.
