In the charming village of Vertheuil, in the heart of the Médoc vineyards, this cosy cottage is the perfect base for exploring the Médoc and enjoying a peaceful, relaxing break. With private access, parking, a covered terrace, a new queen-size bed, sauna, hot tub and fully equipped kitchen area, it is ideal for a couple.



The cottage is ideally located in the Médoc Natural Park, between the estuary ports and the ocean, in a quiet, restful setting:

- 30 minutes from the Atlantic beaches (Montalivet, Plage des Pins);

- 20 minutes from Lake Hourtin and its leisure centre (water sports, walking, cycling and horse riding);

- 10 minutes from the estuary ports, Saint-Estèphe and Pauillac;

- 1 hour from Bordeaux, 1 hour from the bay and 45 minutes from Le Verdon-sur-Mer.



The accommodation is in the heart of Vertheuil, one of the prettiest villages in the Médoc. You will find a café-restaurant with a terrace overlooking the grounds of the 12th-century abbey, a bakery, a takeaway pizzeria, an ecomuseum and many nearby wine estates.
