Seeterrasse Apartment: Ideal for Cycling, Walks & Relaxation by the Versmolder Seenplatte

Welcome to the "Seeterrasse" holiday apartment – your cozy retreat on the edge of the Versmolder Seenplatte! Please note: In summer, the lake view is partially blocked by shrubs and leaves, but in other seasons you can enjoy a lovely view.



The apartment is about 78 m², located on the first floor, and accommodates up to 4 guests. It’s perfect for families, couples, or friends seeking nature and relaxation. There are two bedrooms: one with a double bed and another with two single beds and a changing table – ideal for families with young children. The bathroom has a shower. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need for a comfortable stay. Bed linen and towels are included, Wi-Fi is free, and you have a parking space on the property.



Please note: The Heidesee is visible from the balcony, but guests do not have access to the lake. Swimming or staying at the lakeshore is not possible.



For longer stays, we recommend an interim cleaning, which is available on request for an extra fee – ensuring a relaxing holiday.
