Welcome to our charming property located in a historic building, characterized inside by decorated ceilings and ancient affreschi juxtaposed with modern furnishings, creating a suggestive atmosphere and making the apartment truly unique.

This accommodation is in the heart of the historic center, a short distance from the beautiful Church of Sant'Anastasia and the main square of Verona, Piazza Erbe, rich in markets and stalls where you can taste local products, buy souvenirs, and admire the city from above by climbing the Lamberti Tower. At the entrance of the structure, you will be welcomed by an internal courtyard with a balcony that gives a touch of charm and tranquility.

The apartment is located on the first floor with an elevator and consists of a spacious room with a double bed and wardrobe, separated from the living area with dividers and a cozy living room with sofa beds, dining table, and chairs. You will also find a fully equipped kitchenette, a walk-in closet, and a full bathroom with a bathtub.A terrace overlooking a beautiful historic building surrounded by characteristic and colorful Veronese houses. This apartment is ideal for couples seeking romance and relax, but also for groups of friends and families for a pleasant vacation. Thanks to the two sofa beds in the living room, it can accommodate up to a maximum of 6 people.

For parking, we recommend the public parking at Arsenale in Via Alfredo Cappellini, 2, located a short distance from the apartment. Transit in the restricted traffic zone is prohibited.

Finally, for heating and air conditioning, we adhere to regional regulations to ensure your comfort throughout the year.

Please note that in case of use of the fire extinguishers, even if accidental, a reimbursement of 200 euros will be required.

Please inform us of your arrival time at least one day in advance to arrange a private check-in at the property.

Check-in is from 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Upon arrival, payment of the tourist tax (€3.50 per person per day) and final cleaning fee (€65) is required.

At check-in, a damage deposit of €150 will be requested via credit card.

After the apartment has been checked, the deposit will be refunded within one week after check-out.
