The front desk was terrible, we booked through Expedia the same day when we checked in, the front desk refused to checked us in because she said the money was still at pending status, of course it is the pending status because we booked the same day and didn’t checked in yet. We called Expedia , Expedia called the manager of this hotel and told the confirmation number to the front desk, she was still not allowed us to check in . She refused to checkin us even though we told her if you can’t receive the money tomorrow, we will pay you!!! After back and forth phone calls after 4 hours , the front desk finally checked us in, We were waiting there for more than 4 hours at night , kids were exhausted and tired after skiing. If it were not because we were still skiing the second day, we would left right away.
Think about you were being hold in the phone more than 4 hours , what is your feeling!!
If the hotel manager team can see this message, please train your employees how to take care of your customers!! Terrible!
