"This hotel marketed itself as being available and we booked a room at 6 PM and received a message that a code needed to be entered to access the building. When we arrived late at night, the place was totally dark…although the code worked to get into the building, the machine that was to dispense a key to us for the room was completely nonfunctional, and we had to book alternative accommodation. The hotel refused to reimburse us for failing to provide us with a room and knowingly took our cash...
"Be mindful that there is no TV which is fine for the fact that this is a relaxing and thoughtful retreat - the wifi isn't great but againn as above. There is also no air con just a fan - we were ok with this but it can get pretty hot!
Beautifully presented rooms - really lovely stay and will be back for sure."
