Charmerende strandbungalow i Midtown ++

Bungalowen er en perfekt hjemmebase til et par af en lille familie, og uanset om du kommer på ferie eller til arbejde, er den perfekt til begge. Vi er mindre end en kilometer fra stranden og lige i hjertet af Midtown. Such a cute and comfortable house! The decor, inside and out, is very tasteful, comfortable and welcoming. The kitchen is very well equipped with anything you would need to prepare a meal and the outdoors is a perfect setting to enjoy a meal or just relax. I highly recommend it!

We love staying here at this cute bungalow! Every year we come we enjoy the backyard oasis and our dogs love it too! It’s fun to go to local breakfast restaurants and downtown Ventura has great shopping and restaurants. The owners are great and helpful to work with!

I would rate this property as a five but the last day and a half we had some power surge issues reached out to the property owner and he responded & checked out ( this could have been out of his control)

Loved the decor of this place and the outdoor space is awesome. My husband, dog and I hung out there a lot. Nice to have a fenced in yard as well. I wish there had been more stuff to walk to, but the residential neighborhood was cute. And lots of things were a short drive away. Overall great place!

This bungalow may only be 700+ sq but it seems larger. It was quite comfortable and cozy. The backyard area as well as the front yard courtyard is a wonderful place to enjoy the great weather in Ventura. Tim checked in to be sure everything was okay and assured us that he was there if we needed anything. We were there four nights and did not want to leave.. Will definitely be returning..

I felt like I had been transported to my happy place! There was outdoor seating to enjoy the weather, everything you needed indoors and it was conveniently located! We had a great stay.

We absolutely loved our little house and the back garden was wonderful. The homeowners are incredibly communicative and so gracious. We loved the kitchen and it is kitted out really well. We loved cooking in it and eating out in the garden. It has such a warm and cozy vibe and we spent two fabulous weeks there. We loved our morning walks to Butter and Fold for the best pastries and coffee. Still miss it. We also loved walking up to Art’s Corner diner - great food, really friendly staff. We really got to know Ventura and adored all the dreamy architecture. Thanks for making us feel so welcome. It is a special home.

We love coming here to this bungalow. What a cute place and close to the beach, restaurants and cute boutiques! Enjoy the beautiful resort like backyard too!! We always look forward to a future visit.

We used this charming house as a base as we explored the Channel Islands. Everything about the place was lovely--very clean, comfortable beds, great communication with the owner. We loved Ventura, and would definitely recommend visiting this cute town and lovely homey home.

Cute house a cool backyard. The dogs loved it there. Close to downtown and the beach. Enjoyed some yummy restaurants, the aquatic center, the beach, coffee shops, and walking all over.

We had a great time, despite some rain, at this great home. Every detail was taken care of by the owner. Great location near the beach, downtown Ventura, restaurants, pubs and wineries. Tim, the owner, was accessible and was in contact with us during the storms. Overall, a great experience. We would definitely rent again!

This home is beautiful and well appointed. Lovely kitchen, clean bathroom and rest of the house. Comfy couches, great yard! Overall, just a really lovely property. It can be a challenge to find a property that allows dogs, but this listing allowed me to bring my two small pups and the yard was enclosed, so a great space for them too. The neighborhood was good for walking and my girls were entertained by the goings on on the street while watching through the front window and in the front courtyard. The host, Tim, was very helpful and accessible. The street the home is on is a bit busy for a suburbanite, but these folks have put a lot of thought and care into this place and even had a sound machine in the main bedroom. The notes on the cabinets describing contents, which was helpful. This house felt more a home than just a rental property The email to access the property was very detailed and accurate and I used it often (until it somehow got lost in cyberspace and I had to text Tim for some of this info). I would look forward to staying again when I come back to visit my family. The weather was rainy so we spent most

We love visiting this cute, quaint beach house! Loving close and easy access to beach and dining in downtown Ventura. We also love the tropical front and backyard landscaping, enjoying our coffee in the mornings outside. Also the host is so great to work with!

Our small family group of 8 had a good time in this charming, yet accommodating property! The backyard lends itself to relaxing and connecting. The kitchen space and appliances were a special surprise in this beach bungalow. We got lucky with perfect California weather. Over all 5 stars. The only thing that became annoying after multiple times. It was the parking situation. Pulling in and out of the drive way could be a bit hectic during business hours. Other than that. The place and the host are great. I for sure be back here.

Our first time staying in Ventura, and this property was perfect for us (family of 5 with children's ages ranging from 10-17). We hiked the Serra Cross, the Botanical Gardens, shopped and ate on Main Street, went to the beach and did some day trips into LA. We all loved Ventura so much and want to come back. Thanks to Tim for being an amazing host (he even came by to fix a tire tube on one of the bikes for us). This property is deserving of every glowing review it has received.

Everything about this place was perfect! Check in was super easy and the house has everything a family would need. Our favorite feature was the large backyard and the "cabin" where we'd curl up and watch movies at night. The location was very convenient to Main Street and the beach. The owners were super responsive. We'd definitely stay again.

We were here for a memorial service of a dear friend. The home was a comforting and perfect place for the 5 of us. Lovely outside area. Everything was easy and exactly as advertised. The host was very responsive. We left a special item there and he took care of this immediately. We needed this weekend to be without hassle and it was perfect.
