"Vi reserveres gennem hotels.com som sædvanlig. Bekræftigelse pr mail. Alt ok til vi ankom. Mens vi ventede på at få udleveret nøglen, tikkede der en bestilling ind hos hotellet som åbenbart gav flere penge i kassen end vores pris. Så pludselig var der ikke flere rum og vi blev bed om at gå. Magen til ubehøvlethed har ikke oplevet før. Så glem alt om bestilling på dette hotel. Du kan risikere at der ikke er rum til selvom bekræftigelse pr mail."

"The view is out of this world. We visisted on three cloudy days, but the view of the mountains, cloud forrest, the Nicoya Peninsula and the Pacific Ocean is there in spite of the clouds. Beautiful. The breakfast is great with lots of option on the buffet. The staff is very helpful with activity bookings. I would stay again."

"The Steel construction bullding High up between the trees was beautiful. As a family of Four we loves spending a few Days there. We Walker their small trail, drive the short 5 minutes to town, Walked 4 minutes to the local supermarked, did some tours and just enjoyed our pretty base. Breakfast for a small extra fee was great!"

"AMAZINGLY customer service oriented. Bereníce, staff, SO attentive, kind & thorough. Prior to arrival, resort administrator engaged to make personalized arrangements. Wifi steady & stable. Jacuzzi a plus. For arrival, standard vehicle OK (albeit slow w potholes with some portions being unpaved roads), but 4x4 might be helpful. Highly recommend to get away from it all to chill. I travel a lot, and I would go back. "

"We arrived and were immediately blown away by how beautiful the property is — we didn’t even want to leave to go eat! The rooms are spotless, comfortable, and fully equipped with a kitchen. The staff couldn’t be friendlier or more helpful. The outdoor areas are stunning, filled with vibrant plants and flowers, and the natural spring pool and mountain views make it all even more breathtaking. "Vi havde hotellets bedste suite med udsigt over bjergene, vandet og junglen...det var fantastisk, og så led et flot badekar i værelset hvorfra vi kunne se solnedgangen. Dejlig kaffe på værelset, som skulle laves på gammeldags vis. Rengøringen var rigtig god og der var en høflig betjening, særligt i receptionen. Området var flot vedligeholdt. Dejligt med adgang til en varm jacuzzi. Maden (morgen og aften) var ok men heller ikke mere...og derfor valgte vi at spise andre steder."
