We had a great visit - the house is beautiful and had many amenities that enhanced our stay. We were an extended family gathering from California, Pennsylvania and Texas, so it provided a terrific space for us to enjoy each other, but also have some privacy to rest and renew. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice retreat

The homes five bedrooms were perfect for us to visit with family in the area. The pool is inviting and refreshing after a hot Florida day. The house is well appointed and had everything we could need. It's in a great area, close to the beach, restaurants and shopping. Tyler is very responsive and reached out a few times to make sure we didn't need anything. This was a great trip.

Great place not too far from beach

We came down on family vaca with the kids and grandkids. We needed a larger home, and this fit our group perfectly. The kids all enjoyed the pool quite frequently. I enjoyed its close proximity to my favorite beaches. The beds were all comfortable and the home had beach towels which we didn't see in the listing but were available along with chairs, toys etc. Plenty of parking as well. The neighborhood was quiet, and we had no issues with it. We were within 20 minutes of everything we love about the area. Would rent again.

Everything was amazing!

What a great property! We didn’t need two of the rooms as it was just 4 of us but it was great to have all of this extra space! Pool was immaculate and our kids LOVED it! Tyler is a great host and replies right away! We felt right at home!So many memories were made! Thank you!

Wedding Week

We were in Venice for our son’s wedding and needed a large space for friends and family to rest around all the festivities. The home is lovely, spacious and well appointed. We enjoyed the pool and the back patio. The space was great for having a group of people. We would definitely stay again.

Beautiful space

We came to Venice to visit family that moved there a few years ago and this place was amazing! Very spacious. The beds were very comfortable which is always a plus! The heated pool was amazing for those cooler nights. Manasota beach was about a 10 min drive. We found lots of shark teeth and sea shells and the water was great. We were also about 15 mins from Venice beach. Both beaches were beautiful considering that Venice beach is in the process of restoration from the hurricane. Downtown Venice is beautiful. Trattoria has the most amazing pizza and food! Be sure to stop in and check out Island life! We found some really cool stuff in there plus amazing homemade soaps! We also had a dinner at Dockside waterfront grill. The food was delicious. We sat by the water and water the fish swim around while we wait for our food. Both food and drinks came out seamlessly! The owner Tyler was very communicative with the few times we reach out with questions. We will definitely be back!

Hurricane Helene, let’s take a chance!

We were booked to stay in Anna Maria, but once the hurricane hit, we knew we needed to divert to somewhere else. We landed in Sarasota, booked our stay and so glad we took the chance on this property. Very clean house, quiet neighborhood, comfortable beds, enough space for everyone. The only thing I’d say is that we like to cook at home and it wasn’t well stocked with kitchen items. We made do, though, and it was a perfect trip! We would definitely book this house again. The owner was very accommodating and easy to work with

Family Gathering

We visited Venice with our two sons and three grandchildren (ages 7, 11, & 12). The house met our family's needs perfectly. The center great room was a perfect gathering place for the 7 of us, and each group had their own sleeping space and bathroom. The layout allowed each privacy when needed. We all loved the pool, especially my 7 year-old grandson who began each morning with a swim. The owner was very responsive when I had a question. The property was sparkling clean when we arrived and equipped with all that we needed.

Myself, my boyfriend, and my family, along with three 3 year olds stayed here. We all fit nicely and enjoyed our stay!! The pool was an absolute hit. The beach wasn’t a far ride and all and we found so many sharks teeth!!

Extended Family Vacation

South Venice was a wonderful location for our extended family vacation! The home was a perfect size, each family member had their own space with the five bedrooms and the beds were very comfortable. The master bath with a walk-in shower was great for our family members in the prime. The pool was so nice with the heat/humidity and the underwater bench was great to sit on. The kitchen has plenty of space for cooking and storage. With the central common space there was always plenty of room to sit and hang out with each other. Having access to the beach supplies was great, plus we never ran out of beach towels thanks to the supply in the home. We will definitely come back for our next stay in Venice, FL.

Perfect stay

My family had a great time staying in this home. We enjoyed the open floor plan, nice kitchen area, and the outdoor space as well. The neighborhood was very quiet and nicely located near several beaches, restaurants, and grocery stores. Tyler was an excellent host. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

Absolute beautiful property!!

Centrally located around several beaches varying from 7-15 min. away. Grocery store 5 min. away. Very clean and well stocked home, we will absolutely be going back in the future. The kids loved swimming in the pool.

Best place we’ve stayed in the Venice area!

We spent 8 days at this lovely home - it was myself, husband, 4 of our grown children (ages 20-28), my daughter in law, and almost two year old grandson. There was more than enough room for our party and it never felt crowded. There are two master suites which are very spacious, plus 3 other bedrooms- all very accommodating. Living, dining, and kitchen areas very spacious. House and pool were very clean, and beds weee super comfortable. All the beach equipment you would need is supplied, a spot to park in the garage plus plenty of outdoor parking. I loved the pool/lanai area - it was SO nice! I was concerned with having a toddler running around, but the pool is separated from the lanai with a gate, so I felt it was very safe. Close to beaches and restaurants. I have been coming to the Venice area since I was a child, and then started bringing my own children - this house is by far my favorite of the many we have rented, and we will be back for sure. Communication with the owner was very good - we could t have asked for more! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

My husband and I had a fantastic stay the month of March. The house is exactly as shown with open floor plan, stocked kitchen and the most comfortable beds I have slept in a VRBO rental. The owner, Tyler, was a pleasure to work with, responding immediately if I had a question. We enjoyed the pool, happy we paid the extra to heat it, and spent many afternoons lounging and soaking up the sun. We loved the quiet neighborhood and location of property. Literally 15-20 minutes from the best beaches at Manasota Key, Venice Beach, Casey Key and the best Tiki Bars and restaurants.

All Was Fabulous!

We had a great week. This property is right where you want to be in Venice. Away but close to everything. Bike ride to the most wonderful market ( Detwiler’s), trails, shopping in Venice. 1.5 hour to Clearwater baseball. Sarasota has fun night life 30 minutes away and all the cool music in local spots with dinner. Just great!!! The house is comfy and wide open with plenty of personal space for rest and crash. Fell asleep mid movie almost every night. Thanks for sharing your home to us.

Ladies bike trip

The house was perfect for our needs. All the beds were comfortable and the neighborhood was very quiet. The house was a good location for us to find many routes to ride our bikes. There was plenty of kitchen space for cooking and entertaining guests. I would definately recommend this house.
