Watch horses graze beyond your private pool at Villa Kaliah Luz, a two bedroom villa on Finca Shambalah’s working equestrian farm near Playa Avellanas. Designed for families and friends, the villa offers a private garden, open living spaces and a relaxed setting in rural Guanacaste.

THE PROPERTY
Your villa, garden and pool are private throughout your stay. The surrounding finca is shared with a small number of other residences and is available for walks among fruit trees and farm animals.

BEDROOMS
Two bedrooms each have a king bed. A sofa bed in the living room accommodates two additional guests. The villa is comfortable for four and welcomes up to six guests, with two bathrooms.

LIVING & DINING
An open living area connects the fully equipped kitchen and dining space. Prepare meals together or use the outdoor barbecue.

OUTDOOR SPACE
Relax on the wooden pool deck with views of the horse paddock and your tropical garden. Riding lessons and other equestrian activities can be arranged separately, subject to availability and rider experience. These activities are not included in the accommodation price.

LOCATION
Playa Avellanas is a short drive away, with Playa Negra nearby and Tamarindo about 25 minutes by car. The setting is rural, with unpaved access roads; allow extra time for the final part of your journey.

GOOD TO KNOW
Check in from 3 PM and check out by 10 AM. Only registered guests may use the villa; parties and indoor smoking are not permitted. Horses live across the fence: observe them from your garden and do not enter the paddock. Review the pet rules before booking with a dog. Arrival directions and access details are provided before your stay.
