The bright, quiet and spacious 3.5 room holiday flat Pianura B is centrally located in Lenzerheide. The main street with shops, numerous restaurants and the post office with the bus stop for the free sports bus can be reached in 5 minutes on foot.



The holiday flat has two separate bedrooms, living-dining room, a modern kitchen and two separate wet rooms. The flat offers space for max. 6 adults as well as for families with children/teenagers (max. 6 persons) and is very suitable for longer stays.



The flat is equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday in the Grisons mountains. The flat is equipped with a cosy seating area and a dining table for 6 people. In the wellequipped kitchen - of course a glass ceramic stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave and a fridge with freezer compartment - you will find a raclette and fondue set for a cosy evening. A coffee machine, kettle, steamer, toaster and a water bubbler (Sodastream) are also available. The holiday flat has two free parking spaces, one parking space in the underground garage and one outside parking space.



In winter, the sports bus from the Post bus stop takes you to the ski areas on the west and east sides in just a few minutes. Lenzerheide also has a lot to offer cross-country skiing enthusiasts: the cross-country skiing network in the Lenzerheide holiday region stretches from Parpan to Lantsch/Lenz with the biathlon arena.



In summer, Lake Heidsee with its water sports centre and many hiking trails invites you to an active summer holiday. The three destinations Arosa, Lenzerheide and Chur together form the largest connected bike area in Switzerland - the Bike Kingdom is right outside the flat door!
