It has a balcony where you can enjoy breakfast with a view of the mountains.

The kitchen is equipped with everything you'll need for your stay, including a kettle, toaster, microwave, filter coffee maker, raclette machine and dishwasher.

Sleeping facilities include a pull-out sofa in the living room, a bunk bed in the ground-floor bedroom and a 140x190cm double bed in the upstairs bedroom.
You can watch your favourite programmes in the living room or in the bedroom, as there are two televisions.

On the ground floor, you'll find a shower room with WC, and upstairs a bathroom with bathtub, for a relaxing moment after your favourite activities.

A restaurant, sports shop and grocery shop are just 200 metres away, as are ski slopes and hiking trails in summer.

You can enjoy an indoor swimming pool in winter and two pools in summer (one indoor and one outdoor) in a magnificent setting surrounded by beautiful mountains.

Pets are welcome at an additional cost.

Access to this flat is via a staircase.
The parking space is not adjacent to the building.

Vars – Hameau des Rennes Residence
Located on the heights of Vars, the Hameau des Rennes residence is made up of charming 3- to 4-storey chalets and features an indoor swimming pool in winter, and both indoor and outdoor pools in summer.
This hamlet is situated at the foot of the Fontbonne chairlift (ski-in/ski-out for experienced skiers), with direct access via a central lift. Underground parking is available at the bottom of the residence.
Shops, supermarkets, restaurants, and ski rental services are just 200 m away. A free shuttle bus stops nearby every 15–20 minutes and serves the entire resort.
Please note: the residence’s swimming pool is open ONLY during the tourist seasons, generally from mid-December to early April in winter, and from early July to late August in summer. It remains closed during the off-seasons, outside these periods, which usually coincide with the opening dates of the ski lifts (dates may vary from year to year).
