It is the ideal solution for couples, groups of friends and small families who want to discover Lake Como while staying in a quiet area, but at the same time very close to the main tourist destinations and the most popular places.
The apartment is developed around a bright living room, where natural light enters through the large windows overlooking the porch and garden. The living room leads to the sleeping area, consisting of a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. Thanks to the presence of a double bed and a sofa bed in the living room, the apartment can comfortably accommodate up to four people.
The property has a covered garage; in the immediate vicinity there are also free public parking spaces available along the road that leads to the residence. The real strength of the apartment is the private garden with a beautiful view of Bellagio, together with the strategic position that allows you to move easily along the entire shore of Lake Como, between Lecco and Colico.
A few steps from the house is the famous Wanderer's Trail , the historic panoramic route that connects the villages of Lake Como with a walk surrounded by nature. For those traveling without a car, the Fiumelatte train station is about 20 minutes away on foot; however, it should be noted that the route is sloping and can be challenging in the presence of heavy luggage.

City Tax: € 3,00 per person per night to pay at check-in for a maximum of 7 nights


Tourist tax: In accordance with local regulations, the Municipality may apply a tourist tax.
The tax must be paid prior to check-in, during the online registration process. The amount is calculated automatically by the system after entering the guest details.
Failure to pay the tourist tax, if applicable, may result in the cancellation of the reservation, as it is a mandatory requirement set by the Municipality.

Check-in: To receive the detailed instructions on how to reach the accommodation, it is necessary to complete the fast check-in procedure (guest registration, possible payment of the tourist tax, and contract signing).
The official check-in time is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
Access to the accommodation outside this time frame is not permitted unless previously agreed in writing and subject to the payment of an early check-in or late check-in supplement.
