The property is bit away from Kalpeta(about 28 kms) and is away from almost all sightseeing places. So look that if you wish to do more sightseeing, you will need to travel a bit. The front desk denied saying that there are no mountain view rooms despite the fact that it was listed on hotels.com and I had chosen and paid for it. I had to get on a call with hotels.com for 45 mins to sort it out during which the owner apparently told the hotels.com customer service agent that mountain was not visible because of fog/mist...a total...

Even offered a packed breakfast for early starts to see animals. Made helpful suggestions so we got the best experience of the area (useful list of local attractions, accessibility and costs). Everything was of exceptional quality. Nice to have access to a swimming pool."

The standards of hygiene were excellent (no bugs in sight), all areas of the hotel were spotlessly clean and whatever we asked for e.g. iron and ironing board, extra coat hangers, more towels etc, were produced in moments. What makes this hotel extra special are the staff, every single one of them whether it was a housemaid, reception...

"We were impressed with the hotel facilities and your clan the room was. The service was excellent and the staff ensure our stay was comfortable. My only gripe was that the room mattress was a little soft , not ideal for back related issues.
The reception were quick to address any issues, if we had any.
Breakfast was ok. We also attended their New Year Gala Dinner which was entertaining and the food was nice.
