Nice but noicy
Clean room, friendly staf, nice breakfast and location. Our room (2 queens) were faced to the back of the hotel with big ventilators on roof of building next door right ourside our (blinded) windows. A place only for sleeping. Ear plugs needed.

The staff throughout our stay were so friendly and helpful. The breakfast that’s included is very good and a bonus that it’s wasn’t buffet style. Our one bedroom suite was on the small side and more like a standard double, however the bed was very comfortable.

Great location, very central to all amenities. However, we have never had such a noisy room. All windows were closed but the outside buzzing from pedestrian crossing was nearly constant, plus there was a periodic buzzing that went on ALL night. Hard to get a good sleep without earplugs.

Highly recommend this hotel! The staff is very friendly and the hotel has so much charm and class. Definitely check out the on-site bar and grill as well!

I was expecting a big lobby but was confronted with a small one. The rooms are nice, bed is comfortable, and everything is clean. Rooms with two beds all face a big white wall. The included breakfast is very good. Location of the hotel is great, close to multiple restaurants, gastown, and Tram.

The staff is wonderful very friendly and customer oriented. The facility is very well kept, clean and comfortable. It offers a very good continental breakfast and dinning room staff very friendly. Location is walking distance from the train station, next to a mall and a few places to eat. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Cet hôtel est tout à fait merveilleux. Le personnel est très accueillant et courtois. La chambre (suite#402) est localisée dans un secteur plutôt tranquille. Nous avons apprécié le plancher chauffant de notre spacieuse salle de bain. Le lit king est top confo. La restauration de l’hôtel est un plus pour des voyageurs pressés. ( Bar offrant de 4@6 économiques et d’intérêt. Le déjeuner est inclus et le personnel es Est souriant et empressé de bien nous servir Le personnel de la réception est une richesse d’information. Nous recommandons fortement de vielle hôtel mais tellement bien rénové Séjour agréable mais trop court. Merci St Regis Hôtel et son personnel à la hauteur 👍

The staff in the lobby were incredibly helpful in showing us how to get to the points of interest. The aquarium and Granville Island are walkable in under an hour, and it was safe for my 8yo daughter and I to do both of those on our own. The mall and Metro are within a block of the hotel entrance. There was a bit of traffic-related noise throughout the night, but that was to be expected being a downtown hotel. The room was clean and tidy. The tv had channels that were mostly news and sports (no kids channels). The breakfast was amazing (7-10am). Two hot options and one cold, and they were all great and left us very full.

My experience at the hotel was disastrous, our room flooded in the middle of the night because the water in the toilet overflowed. They offered us a change to another room due to the flooding in ours. Upon arriving in Spain and without notifying us, they charged us 1980 euros on our credit card. When we called, they accused us of having flushed a bottle of vodka down the toilet, which caused the blockage and subsequent flooding. Mi experiencia en el hotel fue nefasta, nuestra habitación se inundó a media noche porque desbordó el agua del inodoro. Nos ofrecieron cambio a otra habitación por la inundación de la nuestra. Al llegar a España y sin habernos avisado nos cargaron 1980 euros en la tarjeta de crédito. Al llamar nos acusaron de haber tirado una botella de vodka por el inodoro, lo que provocó el atasco y la consiguiente inundación.

Older hotel so rooms are small. For one night it served its purpose. The parking arrangement is a bit strange and when we checked in the elevator was broken so had to haul suitcases up 3 floors. The view from our room included a passed out junkie and 2-3 floors of office building that could stare into your room so privacy was minimal with curtains open. Room was clean and the breakfast was quite good and location in downtown is convenient.

We stayed at the St. Regis for 1 night and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Everything was clean (bathroom, beds, etc) and exceeded expectations. The free breakfast was wonderful and service was great! We easily walked around the area and explored Vancouver with the easy access to the SkyTrain and literally everything else. Would definitely stay here again!

Some of the best service I’ve ever had at a hotel. Fantastic staff and had a very comfortable, modern room. Pub on the corner was very convenient for dining, and the metro station just up the road for transport. Would happily stay here again and recommend it!

Overall I like this property. The rooms are a bit small but they are very well appointed. It's close to everything you want to walk to for the most part. Staff are very friendly. Breakfast is great. Only drawback is the one small elevator but taking the stairs is easy as well.

Amazing place! I’m so happy I stayed here. Only for three nights but I wanted to stay more just because of how amazing the location is. The hotel itself is clean and staff is very amicable, and the free breakfast options I very good! I did not try the in-house steakhouse, but went three times to the bar and had a great time. As a solo traveler this place is amazing! I bet as a couple or even family would be great too. Definitely staying here next time.

Hotel far exceeded our expectations. The staff was amazing. Our room was the cleanest room I have encountered at a hotel. The free breakfast in the morning was very good. Convenient location within walking distance to train and other amenities. Only issue is there are some unfavorable's hanging around the area in the evening. But they don't bother you. And I still felt safe.

WONDERFUL stay! Could not over-gush about how great this hotel was. The amenities will exceed your expectations. Everything is very thoughtful and posh. The breakfast was one of the best I've ever had, and our waitor Calvin was the most delightful person to talk with--a highlight of our trip!
