    One station away from downtown, two blocks from Vancouver`s famous Seawall, and surrounded by amazing restaurants, bars & breweries. You`re also within walking distance of Science World and many other attractions, including a six-minute drive to beautiful Granville Island.

    This 1BR 1BA - 630 sq. ft apartment w/ free underground parking is a perfect blend of modern design, premium finishes, and breathtaking views. Whether you`re a young professional, a family, or an empty nester, this condo offers the ultimate in city living. The space is designed to meet all of your needs!

    Guests have access to everything in the apartment excluding the left storage room in the main area. That is reserved for our cleaners.

    Please be respectful of the check-in and out times, we need that time to clean between each guest and ensure the house is ready for the next guest.

    My Co-Host Carlos will be available to assist you should you need anything. I am typically out of the country while renting the apartment.

    - No parties or any kind of smoking (including marijuana and vaping). Non-adherence may result in a $1000 strata bylaw fine and cancellation without a refund
    - This unit is not suitable for more than 2 people as per strata rules
    - Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am
    - $250 charge for unreturned fob/key

    All I ask is that you treat the residence the same way you would want a guest to treat your home :) Please also acknowledge the following:

    1. Vancouver locals are not allowed to place a booking without pre-approval. This is to prevent locals from using our property as a party house.

    2. No parties. We have close relationships with our neighbours and respect their rights as homeowners. Therefore, we will know if parties are being held.

    3. Please note that smoking and drugs are not permitted in the entire building, including common areas and patios.

    4. No pets, please.

    5. No excessive noise or loud music. Quiet hours start at 10:00 pm.

    6. Please check out on time to avoid a $50 late check-out fee. Normal checkout time is 10:00 am. The cleaners must clean the unit on time for the next guest to check-in. If you require an earlier check-in or a later check-out, please request it in advance and we will do our best to accommodate you. Unless otherwise discussed, guests in the residence/building after 1:00 pm will be charged for an extra night. This does not apply if we have approved a late check-out in advance.

    7. Please let us know if you need to check-in past 10:00 pm in advance.

    8. Guests are assured that the space will be clean and in working condition. No compensation will be given for non-working items outside of our control, including but not limited to, power outages, internet outages, etc. For items inside our control, we will make every attempt to rectify any problems that may occur. It is the Guest’s responsibility to notify us immediately if there are any problems. No refunds or other compensations will be given for problems we are able to rectify within a reasonable timeframe. Guest will be responsible for costs of any repairs needed due to actions of the Guest or due to Guest’s failure to immediately notify Host.

    9. Guests take full responsibility for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises. Guests recognize that they may personally purchase insurance to protect themselves in such events.

    10. In addition to the house rules, guests must agree to abide by all of the by-laws of the strata complex.

    If any rules are broken, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation immediately and to seek compensation for any damages found upon subsequent inspection of the property.

    Just to confirm that you`ve read over the House Rules, please state `I`ve read your House Rules` when making any inquiry or accomplishing any Instant Booking.
