This modern luxurious loft apartment has everything you need. With street access, you get complete privacy.

This beautiful loft has 2 bedrooms, a den, office space, sleeps 4, a walk in closet, 1.5 bathrooms, complete with a bathtub and shower head, street front private patio and keyless keypad entry. We also just added a brand new electric fireplace in the living room for those cozy nights in!


Located at 2 minute walk to the Seabus, a minute walk to North Vancouver shipyards and a 2 minute walk to Lonsdale Quay

Family friendly, crib and baby products available upon request and availability. Also, we’re pet friendly.

Lolo (or lower Lonsdale) is famous for its shipyard night market and yearly entertainment. You will be a staircase away from the shipyards where you have Cafe Artigiano, Joeys, the Nook, various other restaurants and stores. You’re also right by the pier and a few minute walk from the Seabus that takes you directly to downtown Vancouver.

Private parking available at $20 a night.

The second bedroom is inside the first bedroom, the curtains offer no privacy.The second bedroom has no bedside table, so you have to place everything on the floor.There was no paper towels, no spices, no shampoo, no soap, no scissors.We found two full bags of garbage filled with old food containers under the sink, they stank like stale food oil. That garbage also created a bunch of tiny flies. ** Be aware that the staircase isn't safe, as one side is completely open with no safety railing, absolutely not to building code!The location is great, but the cleanliness was not great. :(

Firstly, location was all we could ask for. As for the rest, a lot remains to be desired. In the listing, private parking was listed as an option. When asked, the host never responded. As there is next to nothing for parking in the area, I had to sceamble to find a spot for our rental car. In the rental there was no toilet paper, paper towels or kleenex. No soap in the shower, coffee, tea, sugar or sny other amenities. May have lost daith in VRBO.had to

Great Location and very clean

This townhouse is in a great location right in the new shipyard development. Everything is super close and convenient. The unit was extremely clean when we showed up and well appointed. To be clear there is one Queen bed, one single bed and while there is a couch it’s not a pull out bed and not really meant to use as a bed. For a couple with a plus 1 child or single adult this is ideal. I would definitely rent again.

Perfect location!

So easy to get to from the airport! Felt very welcoming as soon as we walked in. The neighborhood had everything you need! The condo had everything we needed! Would recommend it to all my friends and family! We loved Vancouver 💗thanks again ⭐️

Beautiful, nice, comfy and well located rental

What a beautiful place. Amel was extremely fast and efficient in providing rental information and answering our questions. She recommended us restaurants , place & activities to do during our stay. Every store you need is within 5 min walk : liquor store, pharmacy, grocery, seabus, market, restaurants, pier. They have a nice private patio and well furnished kitchen. We slept really well in the 2 bedrooms upstairs ; main one has queen bed, smaller one has two singles mattress. We really enjoyed our stay and recommends highly this rental.

Stylish, modern, waterfront condo

Stayed at condo for three days with our two dogs. Location was ideal for visiting Stanley Park and Capilano Suspension Bridge park. Close to Shipyard shopping, restaurants, waterfront, and entertainment. Condo was very clean, stylish and modern with really nice front patio. Even though it’s located off a Main Street it was very quiet and private. They also provided dog bowls and bed for pups which was a nice touch. Would definitely stay again!

Awesome place

We had a wonderful long weekend in Vancouver. The apartment was great and spacious. 1.5 bathrooms are what we were looking for. The location is just 10 minutes from downtown Vancouver by a sea bus. We really enjoyed our breakfasts outside in the patio. It was something! Thank you for parking lot and for being dog friendly. I would definitely recommend this apartment for others.

Not even the rain can get on the way of this gem!

Spent a few days on a weekend getaway for my birthday. The location of the place is superb! We had access to many places/things, a short walking distance away. Downtown Vancouver is literally a hop, skip and a jump, which comes with an endless list of things to do and places to visit!! We could’ve done without the rain, but not even that held us back from the many adventures. One thing to note though, is that the second bedroom is part of the loft upstairs. On one side of the bed is the gorgeous bathroom with tub and on the other is the door for the bedroom. We had no issues with this whatsoever, but if you’re looking for full privacy this is something to keep in mind. Other then that, the place is fantastic!! Hope to return in the near future and would definitely recommend!!
