The unit boasts two bedrooms, each furnished with plush bedding and ample storage space. The open-plan living area features contemporary decor, providing the perfect space to unwind after a day of exploring the city.

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo, steps away from downtown. Our host answered our questions immediately, and the rooms were comfortable. Great kitchen - well stocked! The condo view is uplifting. It was comfortably climate controlled during our autumn stay. Loved that we were just across from the TNT supermarket.

Great location to see major sights of Vancouver we were able to walk everywhere. Apartment was spotless, check-in process flawless and owner very responsive when we had any queries. Kitchen was fully stocked with utensils and consumables (dishwashing liquid, sponges etc) which was very useful. We used the sofabed which was very comfortable. The only point to consider is the noise at night time from the train station (if you are a light sleeper). This was the only reason I did not give 5 stars, but note that we did need to keep the windows open as we were using portable AC units which required external venting. This may be different with the windows fully closed.

The property itself was ok, the place was generally clean but the beds were uncomfortable. It became extremely hot during the day since some of the blinds mechanics were not working and the parking was complicated. Downtown Vancouver is not the best place to stay for a vacation especially for first time visitors. We felt safe in the building but not in the road.

Overall we enjoyed the stay but I feel the price is a bit high for what the property had to offer.Pros:1. Centrally located in down town Vancouver2. Clean4. Family friendly building5. Good amenities.Cons:1. The most disappointing issue we had was the living room gets too hot in the afternoon as sun directly falls in for hours. And there are no proper blinds in the living room and it was literally impossible to stay in the kitchen and living area from 1pm -8pm or so. The small portable air cooler provided is not at all useful for that area during summer. I strongly recommend a proper dark out blind for the living room.2. As usual the picture looks too big than the actual size of the room and the living area.3.Check in and out was hard as I had to park my car in front of the building which is a busy place like Keefer place to access the fob when check in and Same to drop off the keys while checking out.

Amazing view and wonderful location for events at Rogers Arena. Condo was fully furnished with everything you need. Owner was quick and helpful with communication. Everything went perfectly from check in to check out. Will stay here again.

This property in August had two large portable air conditioners that vented out of the windows. They are extremely noisy. In addition, this condo was located directly above the skytrain terminus in Chinatown and that also contributes to noise day and night.

A little bit disappointed in our stay. Advertised as a new apartment but it definitely wasn't new. The blinds were not in good condition so when you are staying here in summer it gets so hot and bright at night so you need these wheeled in airconditioners that plug into the window (which means you can't put the blinds down below the aircon).Bathroom shower head is not functioning correct - it doesn't stay in one place so you have to hold it the whole time and having a shower in the main room (above the bathtub) just constantly floods the bathroom.These all need to be fixed or the price needs to drop by at least 30-35% for this stay to be worth any future guests.

Good central location.

This rental was great for a couple of days in Vancouver. Close to Yaletown and china town and hence good selection of transit and restaurants etc. unit was as advertised and worked well for our family of 4. Be aware that it is urban with some street noise and noise from the sky train station. But it was more like white noise than disruptive. It was a bit warm so they had portable air conditioners in the unit to keep it cool. Excellent communication from the host. Thanks!

Nice but noisy

The apartment was nice and clean, and the communications with the host very easy, but the apartement was very noisy. We could hear clearly cars and trucks even though the apartment is on the 27th floor.

Nice apartment located close to metro stop

Two couples stayed in may 2025. Apartment was clean, great windows let in lots of light. It is well appointed with full kitchen and owner provides good coffee. We recommend it anyone as long as you are not over sensitive to the noise from the metro which is directly below. Little or no draw or shelf space. We had a good time.

Très beau condo tres bien situé, mais aurait besoin de réparations : beaucoup de commodités ayant besoin d'un tournevis, parmis les plus importants : les douches des deux salles de bain, porte du garde-robe d'entrée, les stores, porte papier de toilette. Il manquait aussi des linges pour essuyer la vaisselle. C'est un très beau condo qui manque d'amour.

Perfect for our trip. 2 couples wanting to explore Vancouver. The apartment was within waling distance to everywhere we wanted to check out: Gastown, Chinatown, Stanley park, Coal marina..... Right near the arena as well. Bonus was having a gym and indoor lap pool.

Cute little apartment

The apartment was clean and cute. It’s quite small but definitely enough space for us. The shower took a min to figure out and the en suite is better as a bath versus shower. Great location. You’re right by the sky train which is convenient but you can also hear the sky train so if you’re a light sleeper that could be an issue. The host was responsive and helpful. The pool was great for kids. Overall a great stay

Nice apartment in central location

The property was as advertised. It was very clean and secure. The location was great as it was close to the train station and Roger’s Arena. The only down side was the many homeless around the apartment which is no criticism of the owners or the apartment itself.
