The space
Welcome to La Sentinella – a beautifully renovated and spacious apartment, just 3 meters from the shores of Lake Lugano in the tranquil village of San Mamete.
Surrounded by nature, this modern and bright retreat offers a relaxing atmosphere and panoramic views of Lake Lugano and the surrounding mountains.
The large open-plan living area includes a 55” Samsung 4K Smart TV, a dining table, and a comfortable sofa. From the windows, enjoy the spectacular lake view.
The fully equipped kitchen features an oven and modern appliances: Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, and kettle.
There are two bedrooms, both with lake views and air conditioning: – A romantic master bedroom with a double bed, an extra independent single bed, and a desk – A second bedroom with a double bed and generous storage space
The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in glass rain shower, bidet, washbasin, hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries (shampoo and body wash).
