Security deposit required

• A security deposit will be required via a credit card pre-authorization in an amount ranging from €300 to €1,500 depending on the property, including for guests regardless of the booking platform

• You will receive a message 2 days before your arrival to complete the check-in process

• At that time, you will be asked to register your credit card for the security deposit

• If we are unable to secure the deposit, access to the property will not be granted
