"Exactly as listed. You get the bottom half of the house and for 8 people it was great. Very clean and they just got new carpet so we absolutely respected their wishes on us not wearing shoes in the house. We were within walking distance of general store, expressos, and our personal beach/dock. My whole family loves the water and we all had a blast for our 3 night stay."

We had two families, two kids each and the home worked well. We did reach out to the owner who was responsive that the home indicated 4 bedrooms, but actually only has 3.
