"Very quiet location. Nothing any bother for landlady Gina. Breakfast superb. Gina asked me what i would to eat and she provided it. Fresh fruit, porridge etc. Cooked breakfast excellent, too. Everything cooked fresh.

"Really nice hotel, went early and asked if we could park up till the check in time, and they said no problem! Leave your car and go enjoy your day, short walk to sea front, went back at 3pm and there’s a bar situated in the hotel called the hidden gem which we didn’t know about, cheap prices and craft beers and ciders too so bonus! Staff were great, room was a family room but spot on for us and the continental breakfast the next morning was fabulous! Would definitely recommend and stay again."

"Perfect location. Private carpark included. Netflix etc on both tv's. Our suite had been totaly refurbished, top quality everything. Own private entrance door onto the rear carpark. Will definitely rebook here. 5mins from Papas amazing chippy on the pier. "

"Loved the closeness to beach and amenities bar on site dog friendly special are for breakfast with your dog wish they did snacks like cakes sandwhiches perhaps made to order as used to do evening meals which again could be booked so as no food waste "

"Finding the entrance (you'd think it would be the front door) was tricky and I had to show a copy of my receipt upon check-in (seemed odd) so I feared the worst. In fact the room was lovely and warm on a very cold day, clean, had a desk and fast wi-fi. The takeaway next door was also convenient. Car parking was free and off road. So despite the weirdness of the check-in everything was fine and great value for money if you just need a no-frills overnight stay."
