Deep in the Ahrntal valley, surrounded by forests, meadows, water, and mountains, you’ll find the two Silva Apartments houses. Our family-run accommodation welcomes you with warmth and offers a cozy yet modern stay in the heart of the Ahrntal.



Our property in St. Johann features spacious apartments designed to showcase the surrounding natural landscape. Natural materials create a comfortable and inviting atmosphere in each holiday apartment. The thoughtful decor reflects our passion for hospitality, making you feel right at home.



Take a break and unwind! In our apartments with sauna and whirlpool in South Tyrol, you’ll find the relaxation you seek and deserve. Our small wellness area in St. Johann, the sunny lawn with whirlpool, and the barefoot path ensure your holiday is a truly feel-good experience.



Nearby, you’ll find a selection of shops, a supermarket, a bakery, and a ski rental—all just a few minutes’ walk away (approx. 200 m). The Skiworld Ahrntal ski areas are 4 km away and easily reached by ski bus. The bus stop is only 50 m from the house, with public transport running every 15 minutes.



A washing machine is available for all guests to use. Only one dog per apartment is allowed; a deposit for your pet is required upon arrival. Out of consideration for allergies, cats are not permitted.



Parking at the house, as well as bed linen and towels, are included.
