This charming 60 m² property is ideal for families or friends looking to enjoy a memorable stay in the city.

It has been recently renovated, offering comfort to guests. Upon entering, the open-concept kitchen includes essential cookware and cutlery, as well as an oven, stovetop, microwave, and coffee maker. A washing machine and dishwasher are also provided for added convenience.

The bathroom has all the essentials, including clean towels, a hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries to make your stay even more comfortable.

Upstairs in the loft, the living area features a cozy seating space with a double sofa bed, a TV, and a comfortable double bed.
At the very top, there is a small single sofa bed and additional storage space.

The property is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest bus station, Clariano - Palància, is just a 1-minute walk.

Valencia Airport is a 32-minute drive from the property.

Self check-in with smart lock. You need a smartphone with battery and internet connection; an electronic key will be used. Check-in is from 3:00 PM onwards (early check-in upon request). You will receive the link with the key and access instructions a few days before your arrival, once you have completed the arrival form.

We provide basic amenities for the first days of your stay: shower gel samples, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen paper, sponge, dishwashing products and bin liners. If you need additional cleaning or bedding during your stay, please let us know and we will be happy to provide them for an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance smoking policy in the property, but guests can smoke in the outdoor spaces of the accommodation if available. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (for example, smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum penalty of €200 for smoking.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a reasonable use policy for utilities will apply with a limit of €80.
