This charming 40 m² apartment features two double beds and a double sofa bed, accommodating up to 6 guests. The property is at street level. Please note that it does not have windows, but it is equipped with a mechanical ventilation system that purifies the indoor air for your comfort.

Upon entering, you'll find the living area with a comfortable double sofa bed, a TV, and a dining table.

The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with essential cooking utensils and tableware, including an electric stove, microwave, coffee maker, and more.

For added convenience, the apartment has a dishwasher for effortless cleanup, as well as a washing machine, dryer, and iron for your laundry needs.

The bedroom features two comfortable double beds, separated in the middle by a partition for privacy. It is equipped with air conditioning, plenty of storage space, and an additional TV.

The bathroom includes all necessary amenities, such as fresh towels and complimentary toiletries.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Just a short distance away, the iconic City of Arts and Sciences stands as a must-visit destination, featuring the futuristic Hemisfèric IMAX cinema and the interactive Museu de les Ciències Príncipe Felipe.

Nearby, Las Naves serves as a dynamic cultural hub, hosting exhibitions and events focused on social and urban innovation. For those who enjoy exploring local flavours, the renowned Mercado Central offers a vibrant experience with its vast selection of fresh produce, seafood, and traditional Valencian delicacies. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Please note that parties, loud noises, and smoking are STRICTLY forbidden inside the flat, as it is equipped with noise decibel monitors and smoke detectors. Pets are not allowed either. In case of not following the house rules, fines of 200€ will be charged.

To ensure a respectful environment, behaviors that disturb public order, cause noise, or affect cleanliness are not allowed. It is also forbidden to take furniture, chairs, or any items from the property outside. Non-compliance may result in immediate cancellation of the stay.

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen, and we will gladly provide an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).

Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.

Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
