People got loud in the middle of the night and hostel staff leave at 12 so they weren’t there to tell them to quiet down. Towels are not provided for free, you have to pay £2 for every clean towel you want to use. You’re given 1 key even if you’re with another person and you have to pay 20£ if you lose it. 2 pillows per pod, 1 top sheet and 1 small comforter. Had to beg the staff to turn on the ac in the main room because it was so hot in the pod and they would begrudgingly turn it on only to turn it off a couple hours later.

Good morning ,We apologize for the inconvenience caused, all guests read the rules when entering, we cannot fully control the behavior of the guests, thank God it is only usually 2% of the time, the towels are priced at 2 and the chancas too, regarding the air now at this time we started to leave it on every night. Regarding the extra card, if you can give it 2, you are only told that if you lose it it costs 20.SincerelyManager

Una estancia muy tranquila y segura. Hotel super central, las instalaciones como cápsulas y baños muy limpias. Un punto a mejorar, sería, en las duchas debería de haber una forma de graduar la temperatura ya que sale super caliente. Del resto, recomendadas.
