Stylish 2-Bedroom Apartment for 5 Guests, Renovated in the Heart of Valencia.
A living-dining room with a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower. Air conditioning via split units in the living-dining room and bedrooms. Well connected by bus and metro, just 1.2 km from the city centre, 4.5 km from the City of Arts and Sciences, 6.5 km from Las Arenas and Malvarrosa beaches, and 18 km from the Albufera Natural Park.
Accommodation:
Charming two-bedroom apartment for 5 people, renovated in the heart of Valencia. A living-dining room with a fully equipped open kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower. Air conditioning via split units in the living-dining room and bedrooms. Well connected by bus and metro and just 1.2 km from the city centre, 4.5 km from the City of Arts and Sciences, 6.5 km from the Arenas and Malvarrosa beaches of Valencia, and 18 km from the Albufera Natural Park.
The accommodation:
Apartment in a recently renovated building, located in the Arrancapins neighbourhood (Extramurs). It has been decorated with carefully selected furniture, creating a fresh, cosy, and practical atmosphere with everything you may need during your stay.
The 69m2 apartment includes the following spaces:
- Bright living-dining room with capacity for 5 guests, equipped with a 140x190cm double sofa bed, round dining table, HD TV, and access to an elongated balcony.
- Open kitchen with an island table and 2 stools, fully equipped with small appliances (Dolce Gusto coffee maker, toaster, juicer, kettle, and blender).
- Cosy master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom (featuring a walk-in shower, sink, and WC), a 150x190cm double bed, mirror, spacious wardrobes, and access to a fantastic terrace equipped with a table, 5 chairs, and a parasol.
- Second bedroom with a 90x200cm single bed, wardrobe, desk, and access to a shared terrace with the master bedroom.
- Guest toilet with sink and WC.
The apartment comes with bed linen, 1 hand towel and 1 bath towel per person, an iron and ironing board, a hairdryer, and a welcome kitchen amenities kit (1 sponge, 1 kitchen cloth, 2 rubbish bags, 1 laundry detergent, dish soap, and 2 toilet rolls per bathroom). Bathroom amenities include hand soap. Coffee capsules and a 1.5L bottle of mineral water are also provided.

- Late check-in after 21:00 incurs a €30 surcharge.

Extramurs is a residential district built as an extension of Valencia’s old town to accommodate the growing population. Most buildings in the area were constructed between 1900 and 1960. It is very easy to stock up on groceries, as there are several supermarkets (Mercadona and Consum) in the area, as well as shops offering organic food.
The apartment is located in the Arrancapins neighbourhood, near the “Ángel Guimerá” metro stop. It is a quiet residential area, ideal for families. The famous Mercat de Rojas Clemente is a 15-minute walk away, the Torres de Quart are 19 minutes away, the Central Market is 15 minutes away, and the Plaza del Ayuntamiento is 20 minutes away. The surrounding area offers a wide variety of restaurants and local shops.
Getting around:
The area is well connected by bus, metro, taxi, and bike lanes, making it easy to reach the historic centre in 10 minutes and Malvarrosa Beach in 20 minutes.
- BUS stops: Pérez Galdós - Conca, 3 metres away (Line C3).
Pérez Galdós - Martínez Aloy, 300 metres away (Line 71).
- Metro stop “Ángel Guimerá,” 750 metres away (Lines 1, 2, 5, and 9).
- Joaquin Sorolla train station (AVE): 1 km away.
