Overview:
Extramurs is a residential neighborhood built as an extension of the old city of Valencia, in order to accommodate the growing population. In fact, most of the buildings were built between 1900 and 1960.
In Extramurs it is really easy to fill your pantry, there are several supermarkets in the area and where it is easy to find organic food.
The house is located in the BotĂ nic neighborhood, next to the Metro station "Ăngel GuimerĂĄ". Quiet residential area ideal to visit with family, is 1 minute walk from the famous Mercat de Rojas Clemente, 5 minutes walk from the Torres de Quart, 7 minutes from the Central Market and 13 min from the Plaza del Ayuntamiento. In the surroundings you will enjoy many restaurants and local shops.
Getting around:
Area perfectly communicated by Bus, Metro, Taxi and Cycle Paths that brings us in 5 minutes to the Historic Center and in 20 minutes to the Malvarrosa Beach.
