"Chose this hotel as they advertised that you could charge your electric car. We could but only at an alarmingly slow rate (worse than a normal plug in the wall!) which meant that despite charging all evening, all night and -all morning the car was only at 70-80% of it’s battery when we had to leave, meaning we had to add an extra stop for charging... We also ordered room service. After 30mins where we had not received our food yet, we called and were told “5 minutes!”. After 1h I had to go...

"Our family of 5 had two stays at the hotel during the summer. Convenient location for main highways. We booked a family suite with two rooms; very spacious clean and comfortable. Would recommend the breakfast buffet. A dip in the rooftop pool was very welcome after the long journey. Reception staff very helpful. Location viz a viz downtown Valencia is not optimal, and public transport is very limited. But a favourable overall impression, and good value for money."
