\"Villa Salionze\" is located in a beautiful newly built residential area, a few minutes by car from the historic center of Valeggio sul Mincio and Peschiera del Garda, in Salionze, a few steps from the cycle path which, along the river Mincio, reaches up to Mantova.

\"Villa Salionze\" is arranged over three floors: on the ground floor you will find the large private and fenced garden that surrounds the entire house, the private outdoor swimming pool and a barbecue available.

The large covered porch is set up with table, chairs and sun loungers available.

Entering the villa on the ground floor, there is a large and bright living room with dining table, a separate equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a bedroom with two single beds.

Going up to the first floor then, you will find the master double bedroom, a second bedroom with double bed, a second bedroom with two single beds and two bathrooms with shower. The house has a total of four bedrooms, to comfortably accommodate up to 8 people.

In the basement, on the other hand, there is a large tavern with a kitchenette available, a service bathroom with shower, the laundry room, equipped with a washing machine, and the garage for one car.

Convenient free parking spaces are available just outside the villa.

Villa Salionze, welcoming and functional, is a single private property and is equipped with every comfort: Wi-Fi internet connection, air conditioning, Smart TV-LCD, kitchen equipped with accessories, washing machine, dishwasher, barbecue in the private garden.

Animals are not allowed.

The outdoor swimming pool is open from May to September.
