ABOUT THE LIBERTY HAUS

Welcome to The Liberty Haus, a personality-filled Valdosta home where patriotic style, practical amenities, and room to reconnect come together beneath one roof. The American flag outside and dramatic flag mural in the living room create memorable red, white, and blue character.

The theme makes this an especially meaningful home base for military families, service members, veterans, and guests visiting loved ones at Moody Air Force Base, while the warm layout welcomes everyone. It is also convenient for PCS and TDY assignments, work trips, family visits, Valdosta State University events, Wild Adventures trips, and South Georgia getaways.

THE SPACE

This single-level, approximately 1,433-square-foot home sleeps six with three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a dedicated workspace, inviting living room, well-equipped kitchen and dining area, game space, laundry, covered patio, fenced backyard, and two-car garage. Central heating and air conditioning, ceiling fans, high-speed Wi-Fi, and self-check-in make short visits and longer assignments comfortable.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS

The primary suite has a king bed, Smart TV, ceiling fan, bedside lighting, light-blocking curtains, dresser, bench, storage, tray ceiling, and restful navy accents. Both queen bedrooms include a queen bed, ceiling fan, bedside lighting, curtains, and storage; one adds a rich green accent wall. All six registered guests have a true bed.

BATHROOMS AND STARTER SUPPLIES

The primary bathroom includes a double vanity, storage, and bathtub and shower combination. A second full bathroom is convenient to the queen bedrooms and living areas.

Starter quantities of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, toilet paper, fresh towels, and other everyday essentials are provided. A hair dryer is available. Longer stays may require additional purchases.

LIVING ROOM, KITCHEN, AND DINING

The living room brings the theme to life with a large American flag mural, spacious green sectional, Smart TV, and room for conversation or a quiet evening. It flows into the kitchen and dining areas so the group stays connected.

The kitchen includes an electric stove and oven, refrigerator and freezer, microwave, dishwasher, drip coffee maker, blender, toaster, cookware, bakeware, dishes, utensils, wine glasses, and basic cooking essentials. The dining table seats six for meals, takeout, cards, or planning the next day.

WORKSPACE, GAMES, AND ENTERTAINMENT

A dedicated workspace and high-speed Wi-Fi provide a defined place for remote work, coursework, military paperwork, or an extended assignment without taking over the dining table.

For downtime, enjoy giant Connect Four, oversized Jenga, cornhole, or the wall-mounted word game.

OUTDOOR SPACES AND LAUNDRY

The fenced backyard gives children and approved pets room outside under supervision. Enjoy coffee or conversation on the covered back patio or relax in the two chairs on the covered front porch. Keep all gates securely closed.

A full-size washer and dryer, drying rack, iron, and ironing board make it easy to pack lighter and refresh uniforms or work clothes. A starter supply of laundry products is provided.

PET POLICY

Dogs are welcome. All pets are required to be reflected on the reservation before check-in. A pet fee of $75 per dog, per stay applies. Cats may be considered on a case-by-case basis and require written approval before booking. If a cat is approved, the applicable cat fee will be confirmed before booking and may differ from the standard dog fee.

PARKING

Parking is permitted only in designated parking areas. Property-specific parking locations and vehicle limits will be provided in the listing and arrival instructions. Do not park on lawns, sidewalks, neighboring properties, or any area not specifically designated for guest parking.

Parking at The Liberty Haus is provided in the two-car garage and private driveway. Guests must park only in these designated parking areas.

THE LOCATION

The Liberty Haus is in a residential neighborhood on Valdosta’s north side, convenient to shopping, dining, medical facilities, Valdosta State University, and routes toward Moody Air Force Base.

Spend a day at Wild Adventures and Splash Island, explore downtown restaurants and locally owned businesses, attend a VSU performance or sporting event, visit the Turner Center for the Arts, or enjoy area parks and seasonal festivals.

GUEST ACCESS AND HOST INTERACTION

Guests will have access to the entire house except locked areas for storage.

Access is via a secure lockbox or smart lock system. Arrival details will be sent just before check-in once the rental agreement and ID verification are completed.

Guests may enjoy the home, patio, fenced backyard, two-car garage, and driveway. An owner’s closet and the black garage cabinet remain locked.

We give guests space to relax, but we are always just a message away. Once your reservation is confirmed and your guest agreement is complete, you will receive access to our app-free guidebook portal with check-in instructions, local recommendations, Wi-Fi information, and house details.

Maximum occupancy is six registered guests. Unregistered visitors, parties, and events are not permitted.

No Smoking or Vaping: This is strictly a smoke-free property. A $1,000 cleaning fee will be charged for any violations.

The property is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. Please respect our neighbors and observe quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

Visitor Policy: The total number of registered guests and visitors on the property may not exceed the property’s maximum occupancy at any time. All visitors who are not included in the reservation must leave the property by 10:00 PM and may not be on the property during quiet hours.

An owner’s closet and the black storage cabinet in the garage remain locked and are not available to guests.

Toiletries, paper goods, laundry products, and basic kitchen consumables are provided in starter quantities. Guests staying for longer periods may need to purchase additional supplies.
