"The staff/ owners did not speak English but made great efforts and the little Romanian we learned trying to prepare for our trip got us by. They were gracious hosts. The room was clean and comfortable although the bed was a bit hard for me. The food and wine were superb! Multumesc Pensiunea Rhein"
"The sign outside the hotel is very small and placed on a wall. I spend an hour and an extra taxi ride because I thought I had come to the wrong place. Friendly welcome at the reception and the room was just ok. Same goes with the breakfast: good coffee but there was no fresh bread and the pastries were industrial products wrapped in plastic from the factory. Will choose another option should I ever need to come back to Bucharest. "
"It was not clear the spa was an additional charge and it did not say anywhere that it was over 18 only. Our children were disappointed.
Very poorly equipped kitchen, no peeler or tin opener. One completely blunt knife. No tea towel to dry up.
Sofa bed small and hard. Other bed was comfortable.

The staff was nice but not service minded. They wouldn't do anything about our A/C not working in January - which led to us waking up in the middle of the night freezing cold. They couldnt offer us another room nor would they try to fix or compensate our room fee.
The water ran out and for half an hour once a day we didnt have any water and the toilet wouldn't/ couldn't flush for the first 3 day. Yes, we did make them aware.
Even after 4 days the manager was in the reception and...
