"We stayed 3 nights and it was wonderful. Claudia at the front desk was fantastic! She made sure we had whatever we needed. Always greeting us by name and gave us great suggestions and directions. The location is beautiful. The pools are a wonderful retreat after a day out in the countryside exploring and wine tasting. Everything from the premises that are renovated and maintained spotless to the lovely service of Vito and the rest of the staff as well as the incredible chef serving wonderful dinners each day with ‘what was found on the market and garden’. True Tuscan tranquility all over and great wines to pair it all up. Not one single thing to put a finger on - and even baby friendly doing everything so that we were comfortable with a 6month old. "

"Sweet little hotel. Parking was expensive, extra breakfast for one child was expensive. Told us we got an upgrade to a nice room but it was very small. And we were moved from one hotel ,the spa, to another of the hotels owned by the same family in the city, think because we had a child with us age 12. Breakfast was great. Very small and short bed."
