We offer this charming apartment for rent in Val-d'Isère, with a ski resort within walking distance. With a surface area of 28 m², the apartment is ideal for 2 adults and 2 children, or 3 adults. Located on the 1st floor (with elevator), it comprises a pretty 24 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchenette, a bathroom and a balcony to enjoy the mountain air. We're waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A living room of 24 m² with TV, double bed (140×190) built into the wall, sofa convertible into a single bed and a single bed.
- A kitchenette equipped with electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, coffee machine with filter...
- A bathroom with bathtub.
- A separate toilet in the bathroom.

Outside :
- A west facing balcony (afternoon sun) with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days.

The apartment is ideally located in Val-d'Isère, in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops but also of boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

- The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean the appliances after use.
