"Honestly... This was great. For MANY reasons: Firstly, the location is great. Really great. Not only is it conveniently near a lot of things but you have a beach, a pier and Mamaia Boulevard will take you to everything within 3ish kilometres which makes for an INCREDIBLY scenic walk. Secondly, the staff was so kind. Both receptionist during my stay were so, so kind and I felt really welcome. They helped me with an extension chord and the communication was pretty ok English-wise.
