"It was a really pleasant stay at the West City Hotel, but the name should be West OF the City hotel instead. A car or taxi is needed to get to the citycentre.But the service and the rooms are very fine."
"Modern, clean, lovely big apartments. We were 5 people and rented 3 apartments for 2 nights. Loved the place. Quirt and lovely view from the balconies. And very convenient that there is a mini grocery store right next door"
"Vi valgte hotellet p.gr.a. at der var et særligt tilbud til fordelagtig pris incl. morgenmad. Vi ankom meget trætte efter en meget lang køretur. Hotellets portier gav sig i kast med at diskutere, hvorvidt vi havde ret til morgenmad, selvom det fremgik tydeligt af vores reservationsbekræftelse. Han mente ikke vi var berettiget til morgenmad og var meget stædig. Vi opgav yderligere diskussion, men næste morgen sørgede en anden portier for, at vi alligevel fik vores morgenmad. En utilfredsstillende...
"The property itself is very nice but make sure you go into the right parking garage. This building has 3 and one of them has no way of getting you out of you go in! We were stuck in there for 2 hrs with no way of getting out because this parking garage only has access via phone and not a passcode. We ended up having to pull a lever on the garage to get us out. This particular entrance wasn't one that the property manager told us to go into but she herself didn't know how to get us out of there....
"We had a very comfortable stay at Radisson Cluj.
The room was clean and well equipped, and we loved the underground parking option. The staff at the reception desk were super friendly and professional. The bar in the lobby was super cool and we got some nice cocktails recommended by the bartender.
The only observation was that the shampoo and shower gel were the same liquid, although advertised as different and in different bottles. "

Everything in the room is controlled by smart panels , which is a little overdone.
If you turn off the panels everything becomes so dark that it’s impossible to find the panel again.excellent breakfast!"
