"Extremely hospital & higher level of aminities. Only bad thing were the beds. Extremely soft because of age I think. Please fix that as mattresses should be at least a 6-7 firmness…. Not 2-3. (Way too old & soft). I asked for something firmer but front desk said there was nothing else??? I believe it’s next to impossible to not have a firmer bed in all those rooms???"

"Very unique, quiet, good and amazing breakfast. All the facilities are very nice, tidy and clean. Owners also recommended us to a very nice fine dining restaurants at the Port Perry. We definitely recommend to our friends to come and visit, just one hour drive from Toronto. Patrick"

"We spent a lovely weekend here while in Oshawa for an event at Durham College.
The hosts were welcoming and extremely responsive. The breakfasts were amazing and their farm store selling honey, eggs, and dog food is worth a visit.
They do have a large dog that sometimes barks but she never came into the guest area at all."

"I found the pillows were hard and lumpy! I asked the room assistant for something a bit softer to which she gave me a little lumpy pillow. I have a neck problem, did not sleep well.,,This lodge needs new pillows to start off with."

The place is rusty, trash is all over, spider webs are under the bed, lights don’t work, tub is moldy, the sink does not have hot water, I paid for “breakfast” when I reserve and the have no restaurant. They gave me 15.00 $ gift card for two people, and I paid the rest for the food. The price is three time the real value. The picture they posted on line may be the only room they have...
