"Great place to stay. Was too bad we were only there one night. Two or more would have been better. Only one thing I would want others to know, the hot springs they have are not “hot”. I’m used to hot tubs so hearing hot springs was a bonus, but wasn’t hot. Other than that, would certainly recommend. "

"It is not a luxury hotel; it is a cute, friendly place to spend one night in Aguas Calientes. The bathroom was updated and sparkly clean. The walls are thin, but the rushing river behind masks sounds from other guests. The other guests were chill anyway. Special shout out the woman at the desk. I had a problem with my ticket (no entry time listed) to enter Machu Picchu), and she helped me deal with that. I also had other questions, and she was supre kind."
