This was our 1st time at this hotel 🏨 The check in process was easy and quick!! Our rooms were clean and I was surprised that a refrigerator and microwave was in our rooms! The continental breakfast was so good… we only expected the basics but they had hot food as well… we also enjoyed the conversation we had with the the woman who manages the kitchen- she was very pleasant. So overall our visit was great and yes we will be back

Thank you for sharing Ivy. We never enjoy a lower rating as we excel at going above and beyond for our guests but understand your frustration. You called requesting an early check in and we worked extremely hard after a sellout evening to get a room cleaned for you 3 hours before check in time. When you arrived you had a large group of people with you exceeding the state law of how many people allowed in our rooms. We explained this to you as well as our zero tolerance on parties which then someone in your group became upset and started using foul language throughout the hotel with other guests around all the way to your room.We understand your frustration but actions on your part were also unwarranted and extremely disrespectful to our staff as well as our other guests.Thank you again for sharing.

Staff members are friendly, as well as accommodating. The property proximity to campus and highway exits makes getting around town a breeze.

Less than excellent, but still good
This hotel is usually excellent. It fell a little short this time. PROS: Comfortable bed, decent shower, pleasant staff, quiet, and good breakfast. CONS: Pool and hot tub were not working, previous guests left things in the refrigerator, and the room was not completely clean, especially the toilet.

Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts. I would first like to apologize about any housekeeping issues you may have run into. This is definitely out of the normal for us so I do apologize. I assure you this will be corrected immediately! I would also like to apologize about the pool being closed. There is never a good time to replace equipment so we chose a Tuesday hoping our corporate guests would understand over attempting this on a weekend. Our whirlpool will be back up tomorrow and the pool by Friday. Thank you again for understanding and we look forward to getting back to excellent in your eyes on the next visit.

Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts. We are always sorry to see a 1 rating but understand your frustration. Per our conversation you must reach out directly to Expedia in regards to payment. I assure you we are not trying to brush you off but you did not pay the hotel directly. You paid Expedia and they are the ones that can handle any payment issues. This is one of the downsides to 3rd parties as we are unable to assist in matters like this as you did not book it directly with us. Once again we apologize and understand your frustration but we are unable to assist you as this is a 3rd party booking. If you reach out them as we suggested I am confident they will be able to help you.

Pretty standard Holiday Inn. The room was nice, the other guests were loud and we could hear plenty of running, screaming children all around us. The only big complaint is that the shower was ice cold in the morning.

The only thing I didn't care for was the shower head. Took too long to rinse. Other than that I will definitely stay there again. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
