"We had the worst hotel experience of our lives.
First of all, the room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. The odor was so overwhelming that it got into our clothes and even lingered on our bodies.
The most unacceptable part was that I had reserved a room with two queen beds, but when we arrived, we were told that all the two-bed rooms were gone and were given a room with only one king bed instead.
Overall, it was a terrible experience. After this stay, I have decided that I will never book...

"Upon entering the hotel there was no staff at the front desk. You had call them. A lady came out with the a rude attitude. A customer was in front of me and said their room had no towels, sheets on the bed and they needed a do not disturb sign. She told him it’ll have to wait until morning because she doesn’t know where they keep the stuff. Then when I checked i walked down the hall to my room. There was dog poop in the hallway. I entered my room and was taken back. The floors were sticky and...

"This is most likely the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The place is completely run down and worn out.
The room was damp, no toilet paper, no soap, cigarette burned and dirty sheets!! Broken bathroom, bed that can best be described as a camping bed
There’s NOTHING positive to say at all.
Declined the first room for the above reasons and was then given a second room which was equally bad - as I arrived at 2am I had to sleep there (in my clothes as it was so nasty) and then I found another...

"We arrived and it was shut down. No notice or warning. I have sent in a refund request in but have not heard a word since. Expedia has failed me. Booked it through expedia.
Expedia should have notified me the place had shutdown. Drove 500 miles with no place to stay. Not a good feeling to be left in the cold. If this actually gets read, I hope in the future you update your clientele with important info as changes are made."
