What could have been a stressful moment, was put to rest with a quick message from the hotel. The attention to detail with the posters in the hallway of movies filmed in the area and the hand written card in the room was so nice to see. We loved our room. So clean and quiet. We wish we could have stayed longer. Thank you for such a great experience. Well hopefully be back soon!"

"Beautiful lodging in an area where there are mountains all around you. The room was clean and spacious enough for 3 adults in a standard Queen room. The hotel lobby reception staff was wonderful every time we spoke to them (daily). Reception staff offered us suggestions on where to go and what to watch out for. If you request it, they can provide you with bear spray (free) for the day / duration of your stay. Nice pool and hot tub area with a sectioned off bbq patio with tables and chairs....

"The suite we got was very well stocked with all of the amenities. Mark’s pots pans fridge, coffee maker, toaster, etc. the room was cleaned every day and restocked will definitely come back again."

"It's crazy that this hotel can take the price for a room they do. The hotel is worn down and definitely not what the pictures show. We slept facing the train, which runs all night. It's so noisy that you can feel the vibrations in the bed on the 4th floor!!! It can take up to 5 minutes for the train to pass by and sometimes two trains run right after each other.

"This place is a perfect option for staying somewhere affordable and comfortable. Only 15 mins away from Banff, 5 mins from Canmore. Lots of food/grocery options in those towns and keeps you close to the park for easy travel. Bed was comfy, kitchen/bathroom was clean. The woman who runs the front office was very polite and has a super cute dog. Overall, the place gives off a glamping vibe which was perfect for what we wanted, which was to stay somewhere affordable and close to the park. Cheers!"
