"You couldn't turn up the heat even though it was febuary, so got sick after two nights there, because it was so cold.
I ordered a queen size bed and got two single beds pushed together.
Soap dispenser didn't work in the shower.
They just said: this is a low energy hotel so you cannot change the temperature more than a couple degrees. That thermostat did not work - the thermostat was out of order. It did not change or react at all. Provoking way of hiding being cheap and saving cost behind...
"Ein wirklich tolles 5-Sterne-Hotel! Der Service war exzellent, das Zimmer komfortabel und sehr gut ausgestattet. Alles war sauber und gepflegt. Ein paar Kleinigkeiten, wie kleine Unstimmigkeiten beim Check-in, könnten noch optimiert werden, aber das hat den positiven Gesamteindruck nicht getrübt. Ich komme definitiv wieder!"
"Nær lufthavn med bus, hvor man får billetten betalt, når man tager afsted, så altså halv pris. Nyt hotel i stille omgivelse og også få minutters gang til togstation i Rümlang, hvor bussen stopper. Dog lukkede receptionen midt på aftenen, så muligheden for snacks m.m. var ikke muligt. Glimrende udvalg til morgenmad både europæisk og varmt."

"Reliably clean, accessible and well-placed. Only significant drawback was that the hotel faces a party street, which means that it was very noisy at night. Not a big problem if you're a sound sleeper on the 3rd or 4th floor, but a big problem if you need the quiet. "
"Great location if traveling to the airport. Very friendly staff at check in and checking out. Clean room/ had a very nice patio. Parking is underground and very easy to park. For the price would recommend and stay again "

I had a great stay at Hotel Tivoli! A special thank you to the kind lady at reception who stayed up late to accommodate our late check-in—her patience and hospitality were truly appreciated.
The breakfast was fantastic with a wide selection, and the staff throughout the hotel were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Their attention to detail and warm service made the experience even better.

"Nice clean place, close to the airport. Due to COVID19 the restaurant was closed, but got a nice meal in the bar. The hotel is located very close to the airport, which is easy to find from the hotel"
