"This hotel had no record of our booking through Expedia when we got there, we had to engage with the manager in order for them to acknowledge that we actually had reservations. Additionally, since it was booked through Expedia, and not through Hyatt itself, we were not entitled to cleaning of the room for the first night. You have to be a Hyatt honors member or something like that in order to qualify for cleaning. Do not give a tip through the QR code in the hotel room because if they are not...

Boutique style as I call it, but amazing, helpful and friendly staff. Clean facility with the convenience of multiple restaurant and bars attached or on property. I don’t hear a single thing in the guest room AND I’ve been right over college Ave.

"I will start with what we didn’t like, but it did not matter. The outside is not attractive. The kitchen and family area are quite small, which made it a little tight when we were all together at the house. The house is extremely clean and furniture was in good condition. There was ample hot water for a nice shower. Everyone was comfortable with the beds. There was a good parking area. The location is great for Penn State activities, shopping, and restaurants. Overall it is a good place to stay...
