"The rooms and the whole hotel was nice and clean. The hotel was fully booked, but we didnt hear any noise.
I did request a room on the top floor a month prior to check-in, which was not granted, but other than that, it was a nice comfortable stay. "
"Beautiful property. Rooms were up to date decor, very clean. Beautiful Mountain View. We ate dinner at The View restaurant 3 nights that we stays and every meal was delicious. The breakfast buffet was great! We stayed in a king suit with a master bedroom with its own Mayer bathroom. The spacious room had a pull out couch with 1/2 bath."

"This hotel used to be a 5 star hotel.
The staff was not welcoming at all. They were all day in and out starring at their pc. Not a ‘hello’, ‘goodnight’, nothing, except for the night shift.
The evening shift told me to in order to get ice cubes, I would have to go up on the 5th floor, to get my icebag. Then take another elevator to the 1st floor.
Luckily the night security and night shift were customer service friendly enough to help.
